Care Team Leader Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our residential care team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of care assistants, case managing residents, and ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery
* Managing cases and creating effective care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals
* Administering and recording medication according to policies and procedures
* Conducting risk assessments to minimize potential harm to residents
* Promoting independence and well-being among residents through support with daily needs

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent desirable
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills
* Strong understanding of care planning principles and practices
* Ability to administer medication or willingness to undergo training
