Healthcare Shift Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Care UK as a Care Team Leader, working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans. This may include administering and recording medication, conducting risk assessments, and supporting residents with daily needs.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of care planning processes and experience in leading and supervising others. A good level of IT literacy and organizational skills are also essential.
