Join Our Team as a Community Nurse

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill full-time vacancies for Community Staff Nurses in Cheadle and Hanley. This rewarding role involves assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care to patients within their own homes, with a focus on evidence-based practice.

As a Community Nurse, you will have the opportunity to experience the difference that this type of care makes to our families within the community. You will work autonomously, in line with your scope of practice, competence, and policies, while also collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and colleagues to promote independence and support patient-centered care planning.

Job Description/Responsibilities

This role requires a strong commitment to providing high standards of holistic care, including palliative & end of life care, long term condition management, medication administration, complex wound care, and bladder & bowel management. The successful candidate will also have the ability to travel across the patch to provide care to patients.

Benefits

Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, membership of the excellent NHS pension scheme, generous maternity, paternity, adoption leave, pay, and the option for flexible working. We also offer up to 27 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days) and the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.
