Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, part of Circle Health Group.

This is a full-time role with 37.5 hours per week, requiring a flexible shift pattern. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with the nursing and multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional patient care, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
  • To perform phlebotomy duties and ECG recordings as required.
Requirements
  • Able to provide evidence of recent experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
