Seashell Trust is a leading provider of care and education services for children and young people with severe, profound, and complex learning difficulties and disabilities. We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team providing care and support to children and young adults with complex health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality personal care and delegable Nursing procedures.
  • Monitor the health needs of children and young adults in partnership with the student, Registered Nurse and wider Seashell team.
Requirements
  • A-Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and/or Healthcare Support.
  • GCSEs A-C grade in English and Maths.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex communication needs who can also have complex health and medical needs.
Salary and Benefits

£19,021 to £21,134 per year, term time only, 35 hours per week.
