School-Based SEN Support Worker

We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Support Worker to join our team at Aspire People.

This is a part-time position, 28 hours per week, which involves working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to students with additional needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience in supporting children with SEND and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality support that meets the individual needs of each student.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering one-to-one and group support to students with SEND
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised education plans
  • Providing support with daily living tasks and social skills development

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
