About the Role

This is an hourly paid position, offering a competitive salary of £13.74 per hour, reflecting the annualised figure for someone working 37.5 hours a week. Please note that part-time schedules will result in a pro-rata adjustment.

You will work closely with our experienced team to develop individualised care plans, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in their lives, creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in care is essential, with a Level 3 in Social Care being desirable.
  • A strong background as a support worker, combined with any specialist training or additional skills, will be highly valued.
