This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including desktop/server hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support desktop/server hardware, including desktops/laptops, printers, and phone systems.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve IT systems and processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £30,000 per annum.
