We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Companionship and Support Specialist in the Cheadle area. As a Companionship and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality companionship and support to our clients, enabling them to live their lives with dignity and independence.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and providing emotional support to others. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping clients with mobility and staying active
  • Supporting clients with medication and specialist needs
  • Performing light housekeeping and cooking tasks

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and own car (for mileage allowance)
  • No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Warm, patient, and compassionate attitude
  • Positive 'can do' approach
  • Ability to build relationships and routines with clients

  • Competitive salary: £13.60 - £15.20 per hour (including paid travel time) plus 45p per mile mileage allowance
