Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression in education.

The successful candidate will have graduated with a 2:1 or higher in a core subject such as English, Maths, or Science and will have prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or supporting students. They will be passionate about inspiring young learners and will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in a secondary school setting
  • Provide individualized support to students in a classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and other support staff to deliver engaging lessons
  • Contribute to the development of lesson plans and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in a core subject such as English, Maths, or Science
  • Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or supporting students
  • Passionate about inspiring young learners
