About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care.

In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans. You will also administer and record medication, conduct risk assessments, and support residents with daily needs.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of care planning processes and experience in leading and supervising others. A good level of IT literacy and organizational skills are also essential.

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
