Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Abney Court, Cheshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising your shift
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training
