Lead Care Team Member Position
Care UK is recruiting a skilled and compassionate Lead Care Team Member to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of care assistants, managing cases, and ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care services
* Case managing residents and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans
* Administering and recording medication according to established policies and procedures
* Conducting risk assessments to ensure resident safety and well-being
* Providing emotional support and promoting independence among residents

What We Offer:
* Salary: £37,000 - £43,000 per annum based on experience

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent desirable
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills

* Ability to administer medication or willingness to undergo training
