**Job Summary:**

Circle Health Group, a leading provider of independent healthcare, is seeking an experienced Critical Care Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our 7-bed Level 3/2 private critical care unit and 5-bed enhanced care unit.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated nurse to manage day-to-day operations, provide clinical leadership, and drive excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in critical care, hold a post-registration critical care course, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the hospital ward and its staff
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Evidence of relevant professional development and certification
  • Experience working in acute healthcare as a Senior Registered Nurse or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A generous salary of up to £42,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
