About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Leadership Development Coordinator role within our leadership team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the leadership team in developing and implementing service improvements.
  • Collaborate with care assistants to provide guidance and support, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, including resident files and care plans.
  • Provide input into policy and procedure development, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and reflect best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
  • Ability to administer medication and undertake training as required.
