**Job Title:** Clinical Services Manager - OT

The Priory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager - OT to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

About the Role:

As a Clinical Services Manager - OT, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of occupational therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to patients. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, managing budgets, and evaluating the effectiveness of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  4. Quality Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of services and implement improvements as needed.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements: BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and accreditation by the HCPC. Minimum of two years' experience in a related clinical or therapeutic environment.
