The salary for this permanent position is estimated to be within the range of £40,014 - £43,313 per annum.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Ward Manager with daily operations, ensuring smooth management and adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Supervising a team of registered and unregistered staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
  • Facilitating service changes, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous improvement in care quality.
  • Providing clinical leadership, guiding the team in delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that care and treatment meet regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current NMC Registration with up-to-date Revalidation.
  • Certified Mentor experience in clinical supervision (training in clinical supervision is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD) with a clear intent to further develop professional skills and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
  • Experience in Mental Health or Learning Disability services is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience or equivalent in a relevant field.
