Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Business Developer to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing professional to drive new business, deliver exceptional client service, and expand our presence in the private parking sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow the market for new sites.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new sales contracts and delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance the Company's profile and brand in your region through excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • KPI Management: Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, providing regular reports and feedback to the management team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A formal management qualification (beneficial).
  • A full valid UK driving license.
  • The ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
  • Excellent negotiating and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, organisation, and coordination.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus commissions and a company car that can be used for personal use. You will also receive a 6-monthly bonus based on success, with the option to choose an item of your choice worth up to £200.
