Aerospace Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Business Developer to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing professional to drive new business, deliver exceptional client service, and expand our presence in the private parking sector.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow the market for new sites.
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new sales contracts and delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance the Company's profile and brand in your region through excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
- KPI Management: Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, providing regular reports and feedback to the management team.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A formal management qualification (beneficial).
- A full valid UK driving license.
- The ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
- Excellent negotiating and commercial skills.
- Proficiency in time management, organisation, and coordination.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus commissions and a company car that can be used for personal use. You will also receive a 6-monthly bonus based on success, with the option to choose an item of your choice worth up to £200.
