Business Skills Development Professional

This role is for an experienced Business Skills Coach to deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices in Essex and London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and have a full driving licence.
About the Role:
- Deliver Business Admin, Team Leading & Customer Service apprenticeships to up to 40 learners.
- Ensure timely visits and quality paperwork, meeting Assessor KPI's.
- Work closely with learners to develop their skills and knowledge, using a variety of teaching methods.
- Use IT systems to record learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Travel regularly within Essex & London to visit learners at work.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering apprenticeships in business administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate, including Microsoft packages and online learning platforms.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within Essex & London.
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits: 25 days holiday and bank holiday, 40 hour working week, plus benefits package.
