Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking an ambitious sales-driven individual to join our team at RECSOURCE LIMITED in Romford, Essex. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and client engagement, who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- CLIENT ACQUISITION: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
- CROSS-SELLING AND UPSELLING: Expand existing business connections by offering relevant services and solutions.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Compensation Package:
- BASE SALARY: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- UNCAPPED COMMISSION POTENTIAL: Earn up to £15,000+ per annum, based on individual performance.
