About the role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Implementing processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in trading, sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
