Business Development Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Search Consultancy in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding expected targets, securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors. This will involve inbound and outbound telephone calls to business owners and directors, as well as establishing a strong working relationship with our Business Development Executives.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a CRM system, developing new business accounts, and up-selling and cross-selling skills. They will also possess excellent customer service and rapport-building skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and making appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
* Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.

Key Skills:
* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
* Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
* Customer service and rapport building skills.
* 2-3 years experience in field sales, closing deals, appointment making and Outbound sales experience
