Business Development Manager

GPS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team. As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
