About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TradePoint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a network of contacts by identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing members.
- Maximise the growth of sales and create a highly effective trade experience in your local area by promoting the TradePoint brand and services.
- Work closely with the stores to inspire, motivate and engage the wider store team to create a culture focused on identifying trade opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in winning business, promoting products and services from previous sales or business development roles.
- Industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relationship building.
- Negotiation skills.
- Project management.
- Problem solving.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Team working.
- Full UK driving license with over a year's driving experience.
