Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Bid and Estimation Lead to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading complex tender opportunities within the social housing and general main contractor refurbishment market.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing bid and estimating teams, with a strong understanding of scoring criteria and the ability to establish a strategy to maximize scoring. You will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the tender teams, liaising with other departments as necessary, and promoting company values in all dealings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in managing bid and estimating teams
- Ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary and diverse teams
- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
