Resident Community Liaison

We are seeking a Resident Community Liaison to join our team at Get Living.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our newest neighbourhoods, engaging with and assisting our residents daily, connecting people and creating a unique and memorable experience for residents.
The role involves delivering resident satisfaction by providing efficient and welcoming assistance with all requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless operation combined with high customer service levels.
Candidates must be confident communicators with excellent customer service skills, initiative, organisational abilities, problem-solving skills, flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a gym membership, cinema tickets, and regular events.
