Trident Group is an award-winning organization that has been delivering homes, services, and innovation for over 60 years. We are looking for a skilled Community Liaison Officer to join our team based in Birmingham. The role is fixed-term, working 37.5 hours a week Monday-Sunday, with two shifts.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience of working with Microsoft applications and excellent time management skills. You will also be able to adapt language and communication style to suit different clients and situations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sensitively adapting language and communication style to suit different clients and situations.
  2. Undertaking extensive foot and vehicle outreach in all weathers throughout Birmingham.
  3. Supporting clients rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping on the streets of Birmingham.
