Job Description:
Bromford is seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting residents in their properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meeting their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing coaching and guidance to support their independence.

About the Role:
This permanent, full-time position requires an enhanced DBS check. Regular home working is available, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a successful Resident Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with our customers to resolve issues and improve their living situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Support: Provide coaching and guidance to support vulnerable residents, helping them to manage their properties effectively.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring open and transparent communication throughout.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve performance targets, maximising resident satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Tenacious Approach: Demonstrate a tenacious and resilient approach to achieve the right outcome for our residents.
  • Travel Requirements: Have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence to undertake site visits.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for customer service and property management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to work independently, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
