We are searching for a seasoned Adult's Assistant Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services at our ExtraCare Charitable Trust facility in Birmingham.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished care professional to utilise their leadership skills and manage a team of Care Assistants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that care procedures are consistently applied, creating and maintaining individual care plans, and fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Care Assistants and guarantee adherence to established care protocols
  • Develop and maintain individualized care and support plans
  • Build and sustain rapport with residents, families, and colleagues

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to pursue this qualification)
  • Bring relevant experience in care management or a related field

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15.07 per hour (£17,679 pa pro rata of FTE)
