Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Pannel Croft Retirement Village. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, well-being, and quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
  • Be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player.
  • Be passionate about delivering a quality care service.
  • Be flexible with hours.
Salary and Benefits
  • £12.34 per hour salary.
