We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Care Professional to join our team at Castlecroft Residential Care Home in Weoley Castle, Birmingham.

About the Role:

  • In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
  • You'll work closely with our experienced care staff to deliver person-centred care plans, responding to individual needs and preferences.
  • We're looking for someone who is confident, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

About You:

  • While experience in a care setting is desirable, we're willing to train and develop the right candidate.
  • You'll need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Our ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care and service to our residents.
