Resident Advocate and Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Pannel Croft Retirement Village, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting resident-centered care and person-centered approaches.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position for 24 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £34. Our rolling rota offers flexibility, with a mix of early, late shifts, and weekends. We value our employees' contributions and offer attractive benefits, including 33 days annual leave (FTE) pro rata and up to 9% employer pension contribution.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Provide personalized care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Promote and support the well-being and quality of life of residents, engaging them in various activities and initiatives.
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
