As a Care Assistant at Pannel Croft Retirement Village, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. About the Position

This is a full-time position for 24 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £34. Our rolling rota offers flexibility, with a mix of early, late shifts, and weekends. We value our employees' contributions and offer attractive benefits, including 33 days annual leave (FTE) pro rata and up to 9% employer pension contribution.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Promote and support the well-being and quality of life of residents, engaging them in various activities and initiatives.
  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
