We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to lead and supervise our care teams, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and supervise care teams to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
  • Case manage residents, identifying their individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
  • Work collaboratively with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence.
