Residential Care Lead Role

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is looking for an exceptional Residential Care Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits, to the right candidate. As a Residential Care Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a hard-working team of staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the development and implementation of person-centered care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.

  2. Mentor and support staff to help them achieve their full potential and develop their skills and knowledge.

  3. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that our care home meets the highest standards of care and safety.

  4. Work closely with the deputy manager to ensure that all aspects of the care home are working efficiently and effectively.

  5. Manage all aspects of the care home's activities, including events, entertainment, and social programs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a senior management role within a care setting.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work).
