Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Team Lead. This role will involve working closely with our Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided to our service users.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of our children's residential home, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing guidance and support to staff members.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support services, as well as experience of managing a team and leading by example.

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In terms of qualifications, you will need to hold a relevant diploma or degree in social care or a related field, as well as holding a valid DBS check.
