Location: Walsall

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our residential home in Walsall, supporting individuals with complex care needs. As the successful candidate, you will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality care plans, ensuring the well-being of residents.

You will have responsibility for leading a team, including training and developing staff, while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled leader to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Care Planning: Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet individual needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of care staff, promoting a positive culture.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the service meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring effective service delivery.
Essential Criteria:
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing or working in a residential setting supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in residential care
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
