Residential Care Manager

Chase Medical is seeking a highly experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our children's home in Birmingham. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care and support for young people aged 8-17.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the staff team in delivering exceptional care and support
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
Skill and Qualifications:
- Level 5 qualification in children's workforce or willingness to work towards
- At least two years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a residential children's home
- Full UK manual driving license
What We Offer:
- Up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
