Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
The Home Manager - Residential Care will be responsible for overseeing the care, development, and welfare of children in line with care standards and regulations.
You will provide effective leadership, ensuring staff are well-supported, supervised, and trained. Maintaining and reviewing care plans, documentation, and progress reports for young people is also a key responsibility.
Collaborating with external professionals to deliver holistic care and managing home operations, including staffing, compliance, and Health & Safety standards, are essential duties of this role.
Promoting positive relationships and ensuring a high standard of care delivery is crucial for the success of our residential care homes.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in managing children's homes with a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage care plans, and ensure compliance
