Pastoral Support Coordinator Opportunity

North Metro Knoxville Medical is looking for a compassionate Pastoral Support Coordinator to support the spiritual well-being of our patients and staff.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide crisis and pastoral care support to patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing rounds on critical care units, surgery holding, etc.
  • Visiting and ministering to patients as needed or requested
  • Assisting patients, families, staff and others to deal with life crises such as death, grief, and loss
Requirements:
  1. Masters of Divinity or Pastoral Counseling from an accredited seminary
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  3. Clinical pastoral education (CPE) from an ACPE accredited center
  4. One year residency or greater preferred
  5. Must be ordained
  6. Denominational endorsement by a recognized faith group
  7. Certified by, or eligible for professional certification from an appropriate clinical pastoral agency

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per annum.
