Pastoral Lead and Academic Manager

Pastoral Lead / Head of Year is a key position at Teaching Personnel, requiring a highly skilled individual to oversee the educational well-being of our students. We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill this role, offering a competitive salary of £120-£150 per day. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring students' progress, encouraging and motivating their learning, and ensuring they receive the best possible education.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a pastoral lead, with a deep understanding of the school curriculum. You should be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
