Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pastoral Assistant to work with our clients in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to learners with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide pastoral support to learners with SEMH needs
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized plans
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Clear DBS certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
