Job Description:

The Global Customer Success Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer success professionals to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of customer success professionals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within the existing customer base

This role reports directly to the Director of Global Renewals and will be based in Brazil. An estimated salary for this position is approximately R$ 220,000 - R$ 280,000 per annum, depending on experience.
