About the Role

CCL Global seeks a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager for Power TSO to manage existing customer engagements with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth. This role requires a professional who can build positive relationships with current Power Transmission System Operators users and accounts.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying and suggesting solutions to facilitate better use of software, and ensuring clients are well-supported and serviced throughout their product journey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in productivity tools, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
  • Achieve set targets for customer retention, face-to-face customer visits, and customer testimonials
  • Proactively contact customers to maintain high-level support
  • Identify new business opportunities to upsell products and encourage training for existing customers

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' experience in an account management role, preferably in Energy TSOs or Utilities
  • High level of numeracy, computer, and web literacy
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar degree
