We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Paddy Power. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the face of Paddy Power, working closely with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for managing shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, taking and processing bets, and maintaining shop presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of shop operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including Social Responsibility duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. You will also need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
