We are a well-established manufacturing company based in the UK, known for our small family feel and commitment to excellence in our industry. The role of the Customer Service Operations Manager will let you make a valuable impact on people's lives.

We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Operations Manager to manage the customer services operations and lead and support our dedicated and friendly customer services team. This is a hands-on role in which you will be required to provide some customer services support along with managing the department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the customer services operations including team members, resource planning, workflow and processes.
  • Ensuring the customer services department runs as an efficient service, dedicated to providing the best possible service to customers.
  • Leading the customer services team, ensuring they are sufficiently trained and supported in their roles and provided with opportunities to develop.
  • Taking on customer service advisory duties during busy periods to support the team.
