Senior Engagement Manager AWS

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engagement Manager AWS to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex projects that integrate multiple work streams. You will serve as the bridge between our teams and customer executive teams, providing high-level briefings to Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) and Vice Presidents (VPs).
About the RoleThis position requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technology-focused environment. You should have 7+ years of leadership in technical product or program management, with the ability to guide strategic initiatives. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, including building sustainable processes and coordinating complex schedules.
Responsibilities- Project Planning: Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and briefings to SVPs and VPs ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate project risks and demand plans to ensure smooth project execution.
As a Senior Engagement Manager AWS, you will receive a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
