Support Worker for Adults with Autism

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Addlestone, supporting daily tasks within the home and community.
Key responsibilities include promoting engagement in daily living activities, social connections, and personal care for 4 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
This role requires a Full valid UK driving license and ability to drive service vehicle, as well as full-time working hours available only.
While prior experience in social care is not essential, we offer comprehensive training programs, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, to support career growth.
