This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors. As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting pupils with their day-to-day needs in both the classroom and the community.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience as a support worker is preferred but not essential.
  • You must be able to commute to Hackney easily.
  • You must be able to work Monday to Friday - term time only and have no visa restrictions.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a support worker, you will be based in the Hackney site, but there will be opportunities to transfer to other locations if desired.

Your day will be filled with supporting our pupils to engage in all day-to-day living activities, including using the community and beyond. You will also support social activities and connect with family and friends. Working as part of a class team, you will be an integral part of our educational setting.
