About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Potens. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, non-verbal communication, challenging behaviors, and autistic spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and emotional support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals in their daily activities, including accessing the community and participating in chosen activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service that meets the needs of individuals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that individuals receive tailored support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
