About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Manager to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient filing and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training to Support Worker team members on policies and procedures.
  • Support clients with independent living skills and personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Induct new employees on policies and procedures and refresh existing Support Workers.
  • Collaborate with trained staff to care for and report on client well-being.
  • Review care planning needs for clients and complete written daily records as instructed.
  • Contribute to achieving quality targets in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Deliver enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all clients.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting as required.
  • Flexible working with opportunities for overtime.
  • Expert supervision and peer support.

  • Ability to undertake shift patterns.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
